By downloading or using Coqueto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coqueto, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Coqueto is a Spanish language learning application focused on romantic and conversational phrases. The app provides:

• Interactive lessons and exercises
• Phrase collections and flashcards
• Audio pronunciation via text-to-speech
• Progress tracking
• Optional premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

Coqueto does not require account registration. Your progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any data stored on it.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Coqueto offers a free tier with limited daily usage. Free features include up to 10 lessons per day, 5 roulette spins, and access to selected content.

Pro Subscription

Coqueto Pro is available as a weekly, monthly, or yearly auto-renewing subscription:

• Weekly: $1.99 per week
• Monthly: $5.99 per month
• Yearly: $39.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions
• Share your subscription with others (except through Family Sharing where enabled)

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Coqueto, including phrases, translations, designs, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coqueto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific learning goals. Language learning results vary by individual.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or learning progress.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
